Lifeguard’s secondary duties will include, but are not limited to: maintaining pool chemistry logs, cleaning and maintaining the pool areas, assisting coworkers with set up and tear down of a class area, and greeting and assisting members. This position requires extended hours in an outdoor environment. This position requires the moving of pool furniture, hauling equipment used for classes, and lifting boxes or other items located inside the pool areas weighing up to 50 lb. The Club Sales Manager works closely with the Club Sales office team, including Receptionist, Service Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Assistants. Must be able to work with all levels of the organization, including but not limited to other managers/employees and directors of other departments and reports to the Director of Membership Sales. Duties include but are not limited to: the ability to work a flexible schedule that may at times exceed 40 hours per week, completion of relevant job duties, using independent judgment to complete the job, the ability to work one Saturday per month, generate new leads and maintain and work lead database, Sales Force. This manager will have corporate sales and marketing knowledge, working knowledge of sales software and contact manager system and proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook, enjoy meeting and working with people have excellent verbal, written communication skills are essential and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi task and have attention to detail. A minimum 5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or Exercise Physiology is preferred, but not required. Some marketing experience beneficial but not required. Background in fitness or athletics is helpful, but not essential.
