Reservations for reserved seating at our Labor Day Party will open on Monday, August 17, at 10:00 a.m. Please note that submitting a form is a request only and does not guarantee a seat reservation. You will receive an email from Aquatics Manager Evelyn Perez (evperez@houstonian.com) confirming your reservation or notifying you that seating is full and your request has been placed on the waitlist. Once your reservation is confirmed, wristbands for your entire party may be picked up at the Welcome Desk from Thursday, September 3, through Sunday, September 6. On Monday, September 7, wristbands will be available at the pool check-in table beginning at 9:30 a.m. The pool area will open at 10:00 a.m. To help ensure all members can enjoy the festivities, please arrive promptly. Any reserved seats that have not been claimed by 10:15 a.m. will be forfeited and made available to other members. To avoid a no-show fee, cancellations must be received by Wednesday, September 2, at 10:00 p.m. Reservations are required from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for all seating throughout the Pool Complex. Reservations are not required for lap swimming in the Sports Pool or for dining at Arbor Grill. For assistance, please contact Evelyn Perez, Aquatics Manager, at 713-685-6724.
